Okay, Ladies and Gentlemen, regulars to the world of blogs, can you believe it? I, Rosie, have actually given in to the pressure from unnamed persons (a certain lovely sister, devoted husband, and Suzanne P.) and created a blog for myself! And I have to admit, I can seriously see myself becoming addicted. I mean, all of you that know me know that I do not have a problem carrying on a conversation, to put it midly, and I can see myself being that person who posts about random things going through my mind such as "What should I fix Phillip for dinner tonight? " or, "If you move to England, do you have to get a new car since you would be driving on the other side of the road?", and so on. If I do, please feel free to stop reading at any point. Moving on, I have to say I am kind of relieved to see how easy it was to create a blog. Lee Ann said that she would help me to create it, but I decided to try it myself, and miraculously, it worked out. YAY! I am in Arkansas this week visiting my family and friends, and so this first post is going to be a surprise to my husband, Phillip. Hopefully he will be my first hit. I am currently contemplating whether or not to give a bit of background info about myself. I mean, I know that basically everyone who reads this already knows me, but in hopes that my blog will grow to reach unkown persons, I will say a few words about myself. My name, as you read above, is Rosie. I am married to who I believe to be the best man in the world, Phillip. ( I know that's sappy but any of you who know me know that it's in character! :) ) Phillip and I moved about a month ago to a tiny but wonderful town in AL to be the Student Ministers at a Church there. So far, we love it. The town may be small, but their hearts are truly some of the biggest I have seen. Phillip absolutely loves his job, and in the month since we've been there, we have started to refer to it as "our job", because I get to work with Phillip so much. It is such a blessing to love your job, you know? I am currently pursuing my psychology degree and I have about a year left. I am not quite sure what I want to do with it, but Phillip assures me that there will always be a place for me and a need for my services at the church with him! I have a great mom and dad and two wonderful sisters, Suzi and Lee, and a dashingly handsome nephew, Josh, who I am sure I will ramble about endlessly in the future. Although Phillip and i don't have any kids of our own yet, we always tell people that we have about thirty, because we have gotten so close to alot of the kids in our youth group. They even inspired the name of this blog. Kudos to Lee for thinking of it for me! Anyway, this blog will be about anything and everything. Hope you enjoy. Adios!
